Sour Foeder Pub Ale (2020)
Fruit, fruit, fruit, and fruit. Red berry, slight watermelon, and rhubarb are prevalent from a combination of Cashmere and HBC 586 hops and house Brettanomyces. Tinges of citrus and expected barnyard also shine through in this heavy brett ale reminiscent of a NEIPA without the lactose. This young one was built for aging so grab one for now and six for later.
